You are Salt & Light a Call to Influence. Beloved, today I want to remind you of your divine purpose and calling in Christ Jesus. Right after the Beatitudes, Jesus looks at His followers and gives them a bold and undeniable identity: “You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world.” (Matthew 5:13-14) These words are not suggestions or possibilities; they are declarations of who we are in Him. When Jesus speaks, His words carry life and authority. And today, He is speaking to you and me, calling us to be His representatives in this world.
